It is a pleasant book to use. The print is larger than most, it contains color photos and the menus are ample. Lots of protein and vegetables from day one. Fat is allowed even a glass of wine. Not a diet to leave you hungry. Something I like about this book is that you don't have to go flipping pages to find the recipe. Short clear instruction are included in each daily menu. Each page includes a couple of inspiring thoughts or affirmations.
The diet is based on 12 weeks and you can repeat as often as you like. There is nothing about the diet that is bad for your health or would leave you lacking in nutrients. It is a lifestyle diet, not a temporary fix.
